Nimkish Posto Chicken Masala
Ingredients Required:
500g chicken
100g cream / malai
4 tomatoes (250g)
Recipe:
1. Make shallow cuts on 500g chicken pieces. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a kadai/wok and sauté the chicken on medium heat until brown.
2. Add 250g crushed tomatoes and 40g Nimkish Posto Chicken Masala and sauté on medium heat until oil separates.
3. Add 1 cup of water (300ml) and 100g cream, stir and cook on high heat until it boils. Cover with lid and simmer for 5-10 minutes or till the chicken is tender and curry is thick. Garnish with fresh coriander.
