Nimkish Fish Curry Masala
Ingredients Required:
500g fish
½ lemon
50g yogurt
3 tomatoes (200g)
1 cup coconut milk
Recipe:
1. Rub ½ tsp salt and ½ lemon juice to 500g fish pieces. After 15 – 20 minutes gently wash the fish pieces and drain excess water.
2. In a frying pan, heat 6 tbsp oil and shallow fry pieces for 5 minutes on medium heat. Drain the fish on absorbent kitchen paper and set aside.
3. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, add 40g Nimkish Fish Curry Masala, 50g yogurt, 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes and mix for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Add 1 cup water or coconut milk and keep stirring till it boils. Now add fried fish pieces & simmer for another 2 minutes. Fish curry is ready to serve with rice or bread.
