Delivery Information
- Online deliveries start from 10:30 am in the morning.
- In case of fresh items, orders might get delayed if items are not available or for unknown reasons
Other Info:
Orders placed after cutoff time will be delivered next day.
Returns & refunds:
1. Returns are only accepted if you received wrong or damaged products, in case of any discrepancy please revert to us within 15 minutes of package received.
2. If payment is done online, refund process will take 3-5 business days.
Cancellation Policy:
1. As a general rule Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel Order once placed. In order to update or cancel a wrongly placed order, customer can call the support number. Please note that once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment.
2. On successful cancellation, payment will be refunded back to the customer. If payment is done online, refund process will take 3-5 business days.
