Nimkish Chilli Chicken Masala
Ingredients Required:
500g Chicken
2 Eggs white
2 Capsicum
2 Onions
2 tbsp Ketchup
Recipe:
1. Marinate 500g chicken pieces (preferably boneless) with half pack (25g approx.) of Nimkish Chilli Chicken Masala, 4 tbsp oil and 2 eggs white. Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours or overnight.
2. In a pan, deep fry the marinated chicken and set aside.
3. Mix the remaining spice mix to 1 cup water (300ml). Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add fried chicken pieces along with masala mixture and 2 tbsp ketchup and boil once on high heat and then simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add 2 medium sized diced capsicum, onion and 2 green chillies slit (add more for extra spicy flavour) and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
