Ingredients Required:

500g chicken

2 eggs white


Recipe:

Make shallow diagonal cuts on 500g chicken pieces. Boil the chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes and then strain it. Keep aside and let it cool. In a bowl beat 2 eggs white and dip the chicken pieces in it. Then, take the chicken pieces and coat it with 50g Nimkish Fried Chicken Masala. Heat oil in a kadai/wok and deep fry the chicken on medium heat until brown and crisp. Do not add more than 2-3 pieces at a time. Serve with Nimkish Pudina Dip.

Tip: For extra crispy crust, roll the chicken pieces in crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs just before frying.
