Rara chicken in dry gravy
Ingredients required:

Recipe:
Make shallow cuts on 1 kg chicken pieces. In a Kadai / wok, heat 4 tbsp oil and saute the chicken pieces on medium heat until brown. In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes, 5 tbsp beaten yogurt (plain), and 50g nimkish rara chicken masala. Now, saute on medium heat until oil separates. Then, add this paste to chicken pieces in kadhai/wok with 1 cup water and boil on high heat. After that turn, the heat to low, cover with a lid and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Finally, sauté the chicken for another 2-3 minutes and your dish is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with fried rice or chapatti.
