Nimkish Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients Required:
500g Boneless Chicken
3 Tomatoes (200g)
1 Cup Milk
100g Cream
4 tbsp Yogurt
Recipe:
Marinate – Marinate 500g chicken pieces with 4 tbsp oil, 4 tbsp yogurt/cream and half packet (25g approx) of Nimkish Chicken Tikka Masala. Keep aside for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
Cooking in Pan - Add some oil to a pan, sauté the chicken pieces on high. Cover with lid and simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked.
OR
Cooking in Oven – Line the tray with aluminum foil, brush oil on the chicken pieces and spread on the tray. Cover the pieces with aluminum foil. Cook on highest setting for 10 minutes. Check if chicken is cooked and remove from the oven.
Making Curry – (i) Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium heat. Put 200g crushed tomatoes, remaining Nimkish Chicken Tikka Masala and sauté for 5 – 7 minutes till oil separates.
(ii) Add 1 cup (300ml) milk, 100g cream and keep on stirring on high heat till it boils. Add cooked chicken pieces and then, close the lid and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
