Ingredients Required:

1 kg chicken pieces

4 tomatoes (300g)

1 cup water/milk

2 capsicums

2 onions

 

Recipe:

Marinate 1 kg chicken pieces with 4 tbsp oil and 50g Nimkish Kadai Chicken Masala. Keep aside for 15 minutes in refrigerator. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a kadai/wok and sauté the marinated chicken pieces for 5 – 7 minutes on medium heat. Now, add 4 (300g) crushed tomatoes and continue to sauté for 2-3 minutes until oil separates. Add 1 cup (300 ml) - water or milk and stir. Then, cover with lid and cook on high heat for 2 minutes or till its dry. Once the chicken is done, add pieces of 2 medium sized capsicum and 2 medium sized onion. Sauté for 1 minute on high heat, switch off the gas and cover with lid. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with roti, naan or bread.
