Dry Lamb/Goat In Roasted Spices
Ingredients Required:
- 1 kg of Meat
- 4 tbsp yogurt/curd
- 3 (200g) tomatoes
Ingredients In Nimkish Spice Mix
- spices & condiments
- onion
- garlic
- salt
- cashew
- potato flour
- brown sugar
- coconut
- poppy seed
- watermelon seed
- sesame seed
Recipe:
- To 1 kg meat pieces (any kind of meat), rub 50g nimkish bhuna gosht masala with 4 tbsp oil, 4 tbsp (100g) yogurt (plain curd), and 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes. In a kadhai/wok, heat 4 tbsp oil and add the meat pieces. Cook on low heat until the water dries and the meat is tender. Bhuna gosht is ready. Garnish with butter, fresh coriander & onion rings.
- For cooking in a pressure cooker - use the pressure cooker instead of Kadai and cook until the first whistle on high heat. Once the pressure is released, open the lid and sauté the meat on medium heat until oil separates and the meat is tender.
