Grilled boneless chicken

Recipe:

Grilled Chicken Tikka -  Pierce 1 kg chicken pieces (boneless) with a fork. Then, in a large bowl add the chicken pieces with 8 tbsp cream/plain yogurt, 50g Nimkish Chicken Tikka Masala, 8 tbsp oil, and juice of 1 lemon. Mix all the ingredients properly and keep the marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Preheat grill for 15 minutes on the highest setting. Place aluminum foil on a grill tray, brush with oil, and spread the chicken pieces on the tray or put the chicken pieces on skewers. Grill for 7-10 minutes each on both sides. Brush oil in between if the chicken gets dry. Serve with onion rings and Nimkish Pudina Dip.

Kadai Chicken Tikka - In a kadhai, add 50g butter, marinated chicken, and 1 cup water, saute on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until oil separates and chicken becomes tender. While cooking, stir 2-3 times. Serve with onion rings and Nimkish Pudina Dip.
